💼 About This Role

You'll join our Learning & Development team to design and deliver training programs for over 10,000 operational employees and 500+ managers. Your work will directly enhance team performance through workshops and leadership training. You'll drive continuous learning in a fast-paced, international environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and coordinate L&D trainings with participants and team leads
• Conduct workshops, leadership trainings, and other sessions
• Analyze participant feedback and identify improvement areas
• Identify learning needs and propose new solutions

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, HR, or similar
• At least 2 years of professional experience in L&D conducting in-person trainings
• Fluent German and very good English skills
• Willingness to travel to various locations in Germany
