Description

As a Senior Specialist on the Luxe team, you will guide and mentor Operation Specialists, resolve complex queries, and drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. You'll lead the onboarding of new Luxe properties by conducting visual vetting and assessing design aesthetics, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• 6-8 years experience in customer experience, operations, hospitality, or design-led environment
• Background in design, hospitality, architecture, or luxury segment strongly preferred
• Proven ability to evaluate properties for luxury standards
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, dashboards, and data analysis
• Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility
• Leadership and mentoring abilities

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to Operation Specialists
• Lead queue management for the entire pod
• Conduct Luxe onboarding visual vetting of new properties
• Interview and onboard Home Consultants
• Assess walkthrough reports to determine Luxe pass/fail criteria
• Perform visual vetting of potential Luxe listings
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve vetting frameworks and design benchmarks
• Act as subject matter expert on Luxe design and brand positioning
• Mentor Luxe Specialists on visual assessment and luxury standards
• Identify and lead process improvement initiatives
