You'll lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical roles across Northern California, driving search for top clinicians at a fast-growing home health agency. Your core impact is ensuring we always have the talent needed to serve over 5,000 patients.

  • Run full search process from sourcing to closing
  • Source and outreach to clinicians across multiple territories
  • Build relationships with passive candidates and convert interest
  • Partner with managers to identify and fill hiring gaps

  • Stability demonstrated through commitment and reliability
  • Experience as an in-house recruiter filling challenging roles
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Indeed, and creative outreach
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience: sourcing, screening, and offers
