You'll lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical roles across Northern California, driving search for top clinicians at a fast-growing home health agency. Your core impact is ensuring we always have the talent needed to serve over 5,000 patients.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Run full search process from sourcing to closing
- Source and outreach to clinicians across multiple territories
- Build relationships with passive candidates and convert interest
- Partner with managers to identify and fill hiring gaps
๐ Requirements
- Stability demonstrated through commitment and reliability
- Experience as an in-house recruiter filling challenging roles
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Indeed, and creative outreach
- Full-cycle recruiting experience: sourcing, screening, and offers
