As an Operations & Visual Manager at Alo, you'll oversee the store's operational and visual strategy, ensuring smooth inventory management, labor planning, scheduling, and visual execution. Your role is critical in maintaining a customer-ready store environment, driving efficiency, and supporting the team to keep the store clean, safe, and inviting.

Requirements

• Passionate about inventory management, labor planning, scheduling, and visual execution
• Ability to take initiative and perform tasks to keep store clean, safe, and efficient
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience in retail operations and visual merchandising
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps
• Champion strong visual standards using business performance data
• Support sell-through management by ensuring inventory accuracy and coordinating labor for product deliveries
• Maintain a safe work environment and efficient operation
