💼 About This Role

You'll ensure mechanical safety and compliance of Cosy heat pump installations by Octopus Trusted Partners. You'll act as the primary technical point of contact between partners and internal teams. This hybrid role offers autonomy to influence quality standards in low-carbon heating.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Book, coordinate, and carry out health checks on OTP ASHP installations
• Assess compliance with mechanical standards and system integration
• Act as primary contact for OTP technical queries and escalations
• Support mechanical safety or compliance escalations to resolution

📋 Requirements

• Level 3 NVQ in Plumbing and/or Heat Pump award
• Experience with heat pump installations
• Strong mechanical background in domestic installations

✨ Nice to Have

• Water Regs & G3 qualifications
• F-Gas, MCS, or similar industry qualifications
• Electrical experience with heat pumps
