💼 About This Role

You'll lead infrastructure, security operations, and GRC across Workleap and ShareGate, enabling product teams to ship faster with confidence. You'll transform security and infrastructure into silent foundations that reduce friction and increase autonomy. This role directly supports our shift toward a Full-Stack Builder model.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Improve platform reliability and scalability for product teams
• Embed security and compliance guardrails into delivery workflows
• Increase engineering autonomy by reducing dependency on centralized support
• Build and lead a high-performing infrastructure and security function

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience across infrastructure and security leadership
• Experience leading technical teams through transformation in fast-paced environments
• Strong expertise in cloud-native environments such as Azure or GCP
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, and platform automation

✨ Nice to Have

• CISSP, CISM, or equivalent credentials
• Based in Montreal or able to travel there a few times per quarter
