💼 About This Role

You'll lead the technical vision for AI agent infrastructure at a global payments and financial platform company. You will shape how hundreds of engineers and AI counterparts build software through platforms like AirDev, AirForge, and Quartermaster.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design architecture for AirDev, an AI agent execution engine.
• Architect Quartermaster for agent governance and orchestration.
• Lead technical direction for AirForge, an AI application factory.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems via event-driven architectures.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with technical leadership.
• Strong system design skills for distributed, event-driven platforms.
• Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript/Node.js, with frameworks like FastAPI or Next.js.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (GCP preferred).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building AI/LLM-powered developer tools or agent frameworks.
• Familiarity with LLM integration patterns like MCP or agent orchestration.
• Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka), GitOps (ArgoCD), and IaC (Terraform).
