Description

Lead a territory team of business development and underwriting experts to maximize production with brokers. You will develop playbooks, tools, and reporting, and drive P&L ownership, strategic planning, and broker relationships to achieve budget goals.

Requirements

• 10+ years in professional liability and/or management liability
• Demonstrated problem-solving and project management abilities
• Experience executing strategic and operational initiatives
• Highly organized with systematic approach to identifying and solving problems
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Own P&L for territory, setting new business and renewal targets
• Develop and execute territory-specific go-to-market strategies
• Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance
• Onboard, coach, and mentor risk engineers to maximize performance
• Manage broker relationships to drive new business and renewal growth
