Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience (call center or tech support preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Answer calls and emails to diagnose and resolve client concerns
  • Support digital products: websites, online profiles, ads, SEO
  • Assist with updates and changes to digital products within guidelines
  • Troubleshoot technical issues using internal tools
  • Handle post-live support including billing and campaign adjustments
