Description

You will lead sanitation programs, ensure regulatory compliance, manage cleaning schedules and chemical supply, and coach the sanitation team at a Factor_ facility. Your work supports food safety and quality in a fast-paced production environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in food science or related field
• 2-4 years of plant quality/food safety/sanitation experience
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and Environmental sanitation program
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience with third party regulatory agencies (SQF, FDA, USDA) preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sanitation programs and policies
• Maintain detailed procedures and SOPs for all plant equipment
• Manage sanitation chemical supply and inventory
• Lead and coach the sanitation team for career progression
• Participate in audits and coordinate pre-operational inspections with QA
