Description

You will oversee the end-to-end Salesforce release lifecycle, managing environment deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and release governance to ensure features and bug fixes are delivered efficiently with minimal disruption. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, enforce compliance with security standards, and maintain detailed documentation for all releases.

Requirements

• 3+ years in Salesforce administration, development, or release management
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce metadata, change sets, and deployment tools
• Experience with version control (e.g., GitHub) and CI/CD tools
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Salesforce certifications preferred (Platform App Builder, Administrator, DevOps Specialist)

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end release lifecycle for Salesforce including sandbox refreshes and production releases
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, QA, and stakeholders to define release scope and timelines
• Manage Salesforce environments and CI/CD pipelines using Gearset
• Enforce release governance policies and ensure compliance with SOX and data security standards
• Maintain release notes, deployment guides, and serve as primary release communication contact
