You'll independently negotiate retail lease agreements and manage a growing real estate portfolio for a rapidly expanding, investor-backed fitness company. This role offers significant autonomy and direct influence on national expansion strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate retail lease agreements and amendments
• Manage lease enforcement and landlord requests
• Lead due diligence on lease documents for new locations
• Partner with real estate, construction, and operations teams

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial real estate experience
• Deep knowledge of commercial leasing principles
• J.D. degree and active bar membership
• Proven ability to manage high-volume workload independently
