You'll join the Account Management team in Florence, acting as a strategic consultant for partner restaurants using data-driven insights. You'll manage portfolio relationships, negotiate commercial terms, and optimize partner performance to drive growth.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of restaurant brands, building high-value relationships
- Monitor and analyze partner performance, sharing optimization insights
- Negotiate contract terms to improve supply quality and financial performance
- Plan portfolio strategies to increase performance and market share
📋 Requirements
- Significant experience in account management or sales with long-term relationships
- Strong P&L understanding and proven negotiation skills
- Ability to use data and project management tools for decision-making
- Fluency in English and Italian
