In this role, you will support sales, patient care, and retention by handling incoming inquiries and requests. You'll play a key part in shaping the patient experience and ensuring a positive journey for our patients.

Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Respond to inquiries and resolve patient/physician issues professionally
- Educate patients on services, policies, and procedures
- Assist with account setup, login issues, password resets, and billing
- Guide patients with medical intake forms and schedule appointments
