💼 About This Role

You will meet with clients upon admission, build rapport, complete biopsychosocial assessments, and establish treatment needs for a virtual intensive outpatient program. You'll collaborate with referral sources and internal teams to facilitate intakes, ensuring clients gain timely access to life-saving behavioral healthcare.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Complete virtual biopsychosocial assessments for a wide range of ages
• Determine appropriateness for virtual IOP level of care
• Construct provisional mental health diagnoses using DSM-V criteria
• Document client information in electronic medical record per regulatory standards
• Interface with admissions, verification of benefits, utilization review, and clinical teams

📋 Requirements

• Experience working with wide range of ages including children, teens, young adults, and adults
• Experience completing behavioral health assessments and admissions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
• Access to reliable technology for telehealth services
