🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet and check in scheduled guests upon arrival
• Coordinate handoffs with EV Consultants for sales and deliveries
• Manage daily schedule for test drives and deliveries
• Collect guest feedback and encourage positive reviews

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of front desk or customer-facing experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with multitasking ability
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in automotive, dealership, or hospitality
• Bilingual (English + Spanish or other languages)
• Familiarity with CRM or scheduling tools
