You will focus on closing larger strategic business while maintaining sustained transactional sales growth. You'll collaborate with the partner ecosystem to identify, develop, and close opportunities, and be responsible for selling NICE solutions to support the operational needs of clients and prospects in Texas.

Requirements

  • 5+ years sales experience selling multiple software products into sophisticated accounts
  • 1+ years selling Conversational AI or Digital Transformation solutions into enterprise accounts
  • Experience in SLED, call center, or software industries
  • Superior relationship and client management skills
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with C and VP-level executives

Responsibilities

  • Achieve annual sales quota and negotiate enterprise-wide agreements
  • Coordinate and lead all sales activities to achieve business goals
  • Establish new strategic relationships and maintain existing ones
  • Analyze customer business situations to identify constraints and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain high-level relations with C-level executives
