💼 About This Role

You'll own the full federal sales cycle for LangChain's AI agent infrastructure, helping U.S. government agencies adopt our platform. You'll work closely with engineering, product, and solutions teams to drive adoption across DoD, Civilian, and IC agencies. This is a high-impact role where you'll build the federal go-to-market motion from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own and manage the full federal sales cycle from lead to close
  • Drive proof-of-concept efforts with solutions engineers
  • Navigate federal procurement mechanisms (GWACs, IDIQs, OTAs, BPAs)
  • Build trusted relationships with senior agency decision-makers and integrators

📋 Requirements

  • 7+ years of complex software sales to enterprise or federal customers
  • 3+ years focused on U.S. federal accounts (DoD, Civilian, and/or IC)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding $2M+ ARR federal revenue targets annually
  • Deep familiarity with federal procurement (GWACs, IDIQs, OTAs, BPAs)

✨ Nice to Have

  • Active or prior U.S. security clearance (Secret, TS/SCI)
  • Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, or similar AI tools
