You'll join BAYADA's award-winning Nurse Residency Program, the only paid home care residency accredited by ANCC. You'll provide one-on-one patient care with flexible scheduling and comprehensive support to build confidence and skills.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one patient care in home settings
• Use electronic charting via Statewise
• Participate in paid training and simulation labs
• Collaborate with clinical managers for skill development

📋 Requirements

• Active LPN license in Pennsylvania
• New graduate or recent nursing graduate
• Commitment to complete ANCC-accredited residency program
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
