You'll own the global events strategy and portfolio for WatchGuard, translating corporate priorities into an integrated, ROI-positive program. You'll serve as executive producer for key events like Partner Conference and Sales Kickoff, driving consistent brand expression and measurable pipeline impact. This role balances strategic vision with hands-on leadership across global roadshows, tier-one industry conferences, and cross-functional alignment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own global events strategy, architecture, and portfolio optimization
• Serve as executive producer for Partner Conference and Sales Kick Off
• Define roadshow strategy and support regional execution
• Standardize measurement, reporting, and ROI across all events

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in B2B marketing with 6+ years leading field and events programs
• Channel/Partner marketing expertise with deep understanding of the MSP market
• Proven executive producer for large internal conferences and multi-city roadshows
• Strong command of Marketo, Salesforce, Cvent, and Tableau

✨ Nice to Have

• Advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent
• International experience with focus on MSP market
