You'll lead GTM enablement strategy for a global tech company, improving customer-facing team performance through cross-functional collaboration. You will own onboarding programs and create actionable enablement content.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute enablement strategies for APAC GTM teams.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align messaging and positioning.
  • Own new hire onboarding programs to reduce time to ramp.
  • Manage end-to-end coordination of enablement events and training.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5-7 years in sales/revenue enablement in a SaaS business.
  • Strong understanding of sales and customer success motions.
  • Experience with MEDDPICC enablement methodology.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Sandler or Force Management methodologies.
  • History of people leadership is a nice-to-have.
