๐ผ About This Role
You'll lead GTM enablement strategy for a global tech company, improving customer-facing team performance through cross-functional collaboration. You will own onboarding programs and create actionable enablement content.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Develop and execute enablement strategies for APAC GTM teams.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align messaging and positioning.
- Own new hire onboarding programs to reduce time to ramp.
- Manage end-to-end coordination of enablement events and training.
๐ Requirements
- 5-7 years in sales/revenue enablement in a SaaS business.
- Strong understanding of sales and customer success motions.
- Experience with MEDDPICC enablement methodology.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with Sandler or Force Management methodologies.
- History of people leadership is a nice-to-have.
