You'll join our Customer Care team to provide 7-star service to business travelers of strategic NAM accounts, handling bookings, amendments, and cancellations via GDS. You'll directly impact customer retention and growth while mentoring junior team members. This role offers equity ownership in a fast-growing travel tech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage travel bookings, amendments, and cancellations efficiently
• Arrange domestic and international travel for strategic customers
• Communicate with clients via live chat, telephone, and email
• Mentor and support junior team members

📋 Requirements

• Expert knowledge of Amadeus/Sabre or similar GDS system
• Proficient in air fares and ticketing including reissuing
• Fluent English communication skills
• Previous experience as a Business Travel Consultant
