You'll own day-to-day Salesforce administration, configuration, and optimization at a remote-first fintech company. Your work will directly enable sales, operations, and engineering teams to move faster and improve customer outcomes. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage user setup, permissions, profiles, roles, and access controls.
• Build and maintain objects, fields, page layouts, and validation rules.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics.
• Support release management, sandbox testing, and deployments.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience.
• Strong expertise in Flow automation and reporting.
• Experience managing user access models and security at scale.
• Experience supporting integrations with external systems.

✨ Nice to Have

• Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Experience in a scaling company environment.
• Ability to gather requirements and manage stakeholders.
