You'll lead China payroll operations in a fully remote, globally distributed team. Your core impact is ensuring accurate, compliant payroll across jurisdictions while improving scalability. This role offers the chance to work with innovative automation and AI tools in a fast-growing HR platform.

  • Own end-to-end payroll execution for assigned jurisdictions.
  • Validate payroll inputs, calculations, and post-payroll processes.
  • Serve as subject matter expert on country payroll requirements.
  • Support operational implementation in new jurisdictions.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Mid-senior career experience in China payroll operations with hands-on end-to-end processing.
  • Experience managing payroll in multi-country or global organizations.
  • Strong understanding of payroll controls, reconciliations, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in payroll tools and data analysis platforms.

  • Experience working in remote or globally distributed teams.
  • Additional language fluency beyond English.
  • Familiarity with automation and AI-enabled payroll tools.
