💼 About This Role

You'll lead the design and delivery of production-grade AI agents for a platform building better customer experiences. You'll manage a team of engineers building scalable systems and partner with large enterprises to transform their operations. This role offers the chance to shape the future of AI agent development at a company co-founded by Bret Taylor and Clay Bavor.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a team building performant, reliable AI agents in production.
• Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from pilot to iteration.
• Partner with enterprise customers to translate business needs.
• Surface unmet needs to shape the platform's evolution.

📋 Requirements

• Experience leading engineering teams that build production systems.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills in ambiguous environments.
• Proven ability to work closely with customers and translate needs.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.

✨ Nice to Have

• AI-related experience, especially developing AI agents.
• Familiarity with eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG pipelines.
• Prior experience with React, TypeScript, and/or Go.
