You'll lead the Global Markets division for a federally chartered crypto bank, driving strategic vision and P&L for institutional Prime Services. This role offers the chance to build and scale a $100M+ revenue business in a high-growth digital asset environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead strategic vision and P&L for Global Markets division
• Oversee risk management and capital optimization across desks
• Drive revenue exceeding $100M annually through market cycles
• Bridge product engineering and institutional client needs

📋 Requirements

• 12-15+ years senior leadership in Global Markets or Prime Services
• Proven track record managing $100M+ annual revenue business unit
• Experience managing team of 20+ professionals including Managing Directors
• Deep functional understanding of Spot, Prime Financing, and Derivatives

• Experience navigating company toward IPO or liquidity event
