• Thorough understanding of litigation motion practice and procedures
• Demonstrated proficiency in Bluebook citation formatting
• Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to coach and train others
• Ability to function well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assign tasks to paralegals and legal assistants
• Assist with training and development of legal support staff
• Administratively manage all phases of litigation
• Manage all aspects of trials and hearings
• Conduct factual and legal research using Westlaw
