💼 About This Role

You'll provide home health nursing to seniors in senior living communities across Wake and Durham counties. You'll handle phone triage, admissions, and visits during weekend on-call shifts. This role offers daily stipends and additional visit rates.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Follow a designated care plan per patient needs
• Make home visits in designated geographic territories
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Accurately document observations and interventions on a tablet

📋 Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license in North Carolina
• Minimum one year recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Graduation from accredited nursing program (transcript/diploma required)
