💼 About This Role

You'll manage invoice processing and corporate advance reconciliation for mortgage loans in default. Your work ensures regulatory compliance and accurate financial records, directly preventing foreclosures. This role offers the chance to build automated processes with Product and Engineering teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process and manage vendor invoices for delinquency and default
• Reconcile corporate advance data from prior servicers
• Map corporate advances to system of record for acquisitions
• Provide monthly MBR and trending reports

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in invoice management or corporate advance management
• Experience developing complex processes with multiple stakeholders
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product and Engineering teams
• Excel or Google Sheets including V-lookup

• Default accounting experience
• Experience with investor/agency guidelines (Freddie Mac, FNMA, FHA)
