You'll join the Print Optimization Team at Formlabs to push the capabilities of SLA and SLS 3D printing platforms. You'll drive root cause analysis and design experiments to improve print speed, reliability, and accuracy for thousands of customers. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Push capabilities of SLA/SLS 3D printing platforms
• Architect optimization methodologies for better printer performance
• Drive root cause analysis of multi-disciplinary problems
• Design and execute experiments to improve customer print performance

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years post-graduate experience
• Experience in test design affecting product performance
• Shipped a product or process to end users
• B.S., M.S., or PhD in a science/engineering discipline

✨ Nice to Have

• Coding experience, ideally Python
• Experience in computer-aided design (CAD)
• Understanding of material properties and characterization
