💼 About This Role

You'll join Hyperspell, the Memory & Context Layer for AI Agents, as our founding platform engineer. Your mission is to build the infrastructure that makes our product fast, reliable, and effortlessly scalable, owning the foundation that supports rapid growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and evolve systems to absorb 10x traffic increases seamlessly
• Build bulletproof data pipelines with concurrency control and fault tolerance
• Profile, benchmark, and optimize for low-latency search and API calls
• Create observability dashboards, traces, and alerts for production insight

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in backend, platform, or infrastructure engineering
• Strong fluency in Python
• Deep understanding of databases, networking, and distributed systems
• Experience operating production services on cloud infrastructure
