💼 About This Role

You'll manage the quality of Polish translations for Larian Studios' games, including Baldur's Gate 3. You'll localize in-game text and voice scripts, collaborate with external vendors, and playtest to ensure accurate translation. This is a 2-year fixed-term contract at our Dublin studio.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate in-game text and voice scripts
• Create and maintain translation memories and style guides
• Provide cultural input for Polish localization
• Playtest to verify in-game text context
• Collaborate with external localization vendors

📋 Requirements

• 2 years of video game localization experience
• Strong writing and editing skills in Polish
• Fluent in English
• Experience localizing time-delimited dialogues

• At least one AAA game shipped
• Experience with voice acting casting
• Experience with Confluence and JIRA
