You'll support complex commercial negotiations and advise cross-functional teams on legal matters for a fast-growing global technology organization. You'll help structure deals while ensuring risk management across North America, EMEA, and APAC. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate SaaS, licensing, and vendor agreements.
• Advise sales teams on legal risks and deal structures.
• Manage legal requests across multiple business units.
• Support product launches and global market initiatives.
• Develop scalable legal processes for high-growth organization.

📋 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
• 8+ years of legal counsel experience in international corporate or tech.
• SaaS business and commercial sales experience required.
• Experience with channel partner programs and complex negotiations.
