💼 About This Role

You'll define mechanical cooling strategy for AI data centers, from chip to chiller, across a multi-state portfolio. You'll own the design of air-cooled and liquid-cooled architectures and manage a growing engineering team. This role will shape cooling systems for a $50 billion infrastructure partnership with Anthropic.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and own mechanical cooling strategy across the portfolio
• Develop basis of design, specifications, and standard drawings
• Lead modular prefabricated mechanical assembly design
• Own mechanical design delivery across multiple concurrent programs

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years designing mechanical/cooling systems for data centers
• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Deep knowledge of chilled water systems and direct liquid cooling
• Experience leading mechanical engineering teams and external consultants

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with hyperscale or HPC facilities
• Knowledge of ASHRAE TC 9.9 thermal guidelines
• Strong vendor network for cooling equipment
