Requirements

• 3-6 years experience in commercial contracts
• JD degree and member of a State Bar
• Experience in FinTech, payments, or financial services
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to independently drive complex projects

Responsibilities

• Negotiate agreements with vendors
• Support customer and partnership agreements with cross-functional teams
• Assist expansion by partnering with sales, product, compliance, and finance
• Collaborate on agreement templates and playbooks
• Provide practical legal advice to the business
