• Build and lead a new front-end team establishing a backlog for competitiveness
• Leverage React, TypeScript, and SPA/MFE architectures for scalable web apps
• Improve web performance by defining metrics and driving systematic improvements
• Champion AI-assisted engineering workflows to boost velocity

📋 Requirements

• Deep experience in modern front-end engineering with React and TypeScript
• Track record of owning cross-cutting work like design system implementations
• Natural ability to coach and develop engineers with performance management experience
• Strong architectural fluency for front-end systems including deployment and observability
