You'll own the structural design of our modular building platform, bridging building codes, DFMA, and factory reality. You'll define how modules take load, move through the factory, and stand up to decades of use. This role turns structural engineering into a repeatable, scalable product capability.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the structural system for our platform, defining standard assemblies
• Partner with architects and modelers to translate architectural intent into buildable systems
• Lead structural engineering on key projects, developing schemes for EOR
• Diagnose structural root causes of factory and field issues, update details

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years structural engineering experience on building projects
• Experience with modular, offsite, or prefabricated systems
• Strong grasp of wood/light-gauge and mixed-material systems
• Track record of coordinating with architects, MEP, fabricators, and field teams

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with multifamily housing
• Knowledge of parametric modeling workflows
• Experience with automated structural optimization
