You'll join a 24-month rotational program designed to develop future leaders at ShopBack, Asia-Pacific's leading shopping and rewards platform. You'll tackle high-impact challenges across 2-3 business functions, owning workstreams and collaborating with leaders globally.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work across 2-3 business functions like Product, Marketing, BD, or Operations.
• Own workstreams and drive alignments with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to build regional perspective and agility.
• Participate in critical learning on business and leadership skills.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university.
• Fresh graduate or less than 12 months of full-time work experience.
• Available to be based in Singapore HQ for first 3-6 months.
• Able to travel at least 50% of the time.

📨 Hiring Process

Round 1: Takehome Online Assessment (2 hours), Round 2: Group Onsite Interview (2 hours), Round 3: 1-to-1 Onsite Interview with Leaders (45 minutes).
