💼 About This Role

You'll expand and manage the international distributor network outside North America for DNA Genotek's life science products. Your work will directly drive market entry strategies and distributor performance across diverse geographies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Evaluate global markets to identify distribution partnership opportunities.
• Source and assess potential distribution partners based on capabilities and strategic alignment.
• Develop onboarding programs including product training and sales enablement.
• Monitor distributor performance through regular business reviews and pipeline tracking.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in international sales, channel management, or business development in life sciences/medical devices.
• Proven success in managing distributor relationships across multiple geographies.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience with international contracting.
• Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent experience.

• Willingness to travel internationally up to 50%
