You'll answer incoming calls for a busy Toyota service department, scheduling appointments, tracking parts, and addressing recalls. Your core impact is ensuring a seamless customer experience by handling 200-300 daily calls with professionalism and accuracy. You'll stay updated on Toyota recalls and use dealer management software to manage schedules.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Answer incoming calls (200-300/day) for service appointments and inquiries.
  • Review vehicle service history and schedule recalls as parts become available.
  • Respond to online chats and text messages promptly.
  • Monitor and adjust online appointments, contacting customers as needed.

📋 Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent plus 1+ year relevant experience.
  • Outstanding telephone skills and ability to handle high call volume.
  • Strong computer skills for scheduling and data entry.
  • Ability to multitask between calls and computer systems.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Prior automotive or dealership experience.
  • Familiarity with Toyota recalls and service processes.
