You'll answer incoming calls for a busy Toyota service department, scheduling appointments, tracking parts, and addressing recalls. Your core impact is ensuring a seamless customer experience by handling 200-300 daily calls with professionalism and accuracy. You'll stay updated on Toyota recalls and use dealer management software to manage schedules.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Answer incoming calls (200-300/day) for service appointments and inquiries.
- Review vehicle service history and schedule recalls as parts become available.
- Respond to online chats and text messages promptly.
- Monitor and adjust online appointments, contacting customers as needed.
📋 Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent plus 1+ year relevant experience.
- Outstanding telephone skills and ability to handle high call volume.
- Strong computer skills for scheduling and data entry.
- Ability to multitask between calls and computer systems.
✨ Nice to Have
- Prior automotive or dealership experience.
- Familiarity with Toyota recalls and service processes.
