You'll own analysis and reporting for Intellectual Property Operations and Legal Compliance workflows at Roblox, delivering KPI packs to senior leadership. You'll identify opportunities through trend analysis and lead cross-functional initiatives to drive operational excellence in a safe, fair environment for rights holders and developers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own analysis and reporting for IP Operations and Legal Compliance workflows
• Deliver recurring KPI packs for senior leadership across Safety, Legal, and Developer Relations
• Identify opportunities through trend and cohort analysis; build business cases and lead initiatives
• Design and maintain advanced operational reports and dashboards for cross-functional stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years experience in quantitative analysis and complex program management
• Advanced SQL proficiency including complex queries, CTEs, and window functions
• Domain knowledge of IP operations and legal compliance processes in tech industry
• Cross-functional leadership with proven ability to work with Legal, Product, Engineering, and Operations

✨ Nice to Have

• Working knowledge of Git and Python/R is highly desirable
• MBA or MS in a technical discipline is strongly preferred
