Description

You will drive key strategic financial initiatives, provide insights to support decision-making, and sit at the intersection of FP&A, sales, product, marketing, and investor relations. This hybrid role involves working 2-3 days per week in the New York City office and collaborating closely with the executive team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant finance experience, with investment banking background preferred
• Experience in enterprise tech or consumption business models is a plus
• Deep expertise in financial modeling and complex framework development
• Strong analytical capabilities and business acumen with rigorous logic
• Executive presence with proven ability to influence and synthesize key findings

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team responsible for revenue modeling and forecasting
• Act as strategic advisor to GTM leadership, providing financial guidance to drive revenue growth
• Develop and set targets for GTM, Marketing, and Product teams based on historical productivity
• Own gross profit forecast, direct cash flow forecast, and long-range plans
• Support investor relations through financial analysis and prepare materials for executive leadership and Board
