🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead onboarding, account strategy, and workflow implementation for brand partners
  • Partner with marketing teams to translate goals into scalable AI workflows
  • Monitor usage trends and ensure long-term health and retention
  • Capture and relay structured product feedback to design and engineering

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years in customer success, partnerships, or brand-side digital leadership
  • Deep understanding of social media and creator marketing dynamics
  • Natural curiosity about AI and automation tools
  • Strong communication in a fast-paced, high-context environment

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience onboarding SaaS or AI tools into brand organizations
  • Familiarity with tools like OpenAI, Zapier, Notion, or Slack
  • Background supporting DTC, beauty, or wellness brands
