🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead onboarding, account strategy, and workflow implementation for brand partners
- Partner with marketing teams to translate goals into scalable AI workflows
- Monitor usage trends and ensure long-term health and retention
- Capture and relay structured product feedback to design and engineering
📋 Requirements
- 3+ years in customer success, partnerships, or brand-side digital leadership
- Deep understanding of social media and creator marketing dynamics
- Natural curiosity about AI and automation tools
- Strong communication in a fast-paced, high-context environment
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience onboarding SaaS or AI tools into brand organizations
- Familiarity with tools like OpenAI, Zapier, Notion, or Slack
