🎯 What You'll Do

• Build learning content for classroom, virtual, and e-learning formats
• Facilitate training sessions and learning workshops
• Manage learning calendars, dashboards, and impact measurement
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align learning initiatives

📋 Requirements

• Proficiency in Marathi as a language
• Minimum 3 years in Learning & Development
• Experience in training delivery and content development
• Strong understanding of adult learning methodologies

✨ Nice to Have

• BFSI domain experience preferred
• LMS management experience
