You'll coordinate end-to-end supply chain operations for the ISC region, ensuring on-time shipment execution and exceptional customer experience. This role focuses on driving quality and performance through data-driven problem solving.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure shipments move on-time and exceptions are handled appropriately
• Meet internal KPIs and SLAs for quality delivery
• Follow SOPs to resolve client issues quickly
• Coordinate operations with carriers, cartage, customs, and warehouses

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 years of global forwarding or related work experience
• 4+ years of industry experience in Ocean Freight, import compliance, or Warehousing
• Proficient in MS Office or Google apps
