Requirements

• 2+ years supervisory experience in fast-paced retail, customer service, or hospitality

Responsibilities

• Support an inclusive and equitable work environment
• Liaise with store leadership on team feedback and observations
• Manage daily coverage needs and Editor Zone Charts
• Lead team communication through shift meetings
• Model and coach customer experience principles
