💼 About This Role

You'll provide hands-on technical ownership of automation equipment and control systems for an advanced cell therapy manufacturing platform. As the first point of contact for production issues, you'll troubleshoot, sustain, and improve equipment while coaching operators and technicians.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor fleet health and respond to production issues
• Troubleshoot sensors, motors, PLC logic, and robots
• Identify improvement opportunities and inform R&D
• Develop runbooks, guides, and coach operators

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Engineering or equivalent experience
• 2+ years supporting automated production equipment in regulated environment
• Hands-on experience with PLC platforms (Beckhoff, Siemens, B&R)
• Must be able to work off-shift schedule (nights/weekends)

✨ Nice to Have

• Beckhoff TwinCAT 3 and TwinSAFE experience
• Experience with HMI/SCADA platforms (Ignition, Wonderware)
• Python scripting for data extraction and analysis
