You'll join the Traffic Engineering & Planning team at a 100% employee-owned firm, working on traffic impact studies, safety evaluations, and signal design for public and private clients. You'll use traffic simulation software to solve complex transportation challenges, supported by a collaborative culture that values creativity and accountability.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support project managers with traffic studies and signal design.
• Perform level-of-service analysis and safety evaluations.
• Prepare traffic control device designs and plan sheets.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for integrated solutions.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant traffic engineering experience
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) license

✨ Nice to Have

• PTOE certification
• Experience with Synchro 12 and VISSIM
• Knowledge of Highway Safety Manual predictive methods
