Description

You will own the technical success of our customers—primarily banks and credit unions—from contract through renewal, acting as a trusted technical advisor. You'll lead implementations, manage escalations, and work cross-functionally to drive value from our AI solutions.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in customer-facing technical role (TAM, Solutions Engineer, etc.)
  • Experience with complex SaaS implementations for enterprise or financial clients
  • Experience with conversational AI (chatbots, voice, IVR, LLMs)
  • Familiarity with SQL, Postman, API workflows, and troubleshooting
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation activities from kickoff through go-live
  • Serve as primary technical point of contact for 10–12 customer accounts
  • Run technical workshops and coordinate UAT
  • Monitor post-go-live success and resolve issues
  • Provide product feedback and influence roadmaps
