💼 About This Role

You'll drive pipeline growth by engaging inbound leads and prospecting outbound for a law firm growth company. You'll qualify leads and schedule strategy sessions for Account Executives, directly impacting net-new sales.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Engage inbound leads via phone, email, SMS, and other channels.
  • Source pipeline through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Convert interest into scheduled Strategy Sessions for Account Executives.
  • Complete 80–100+ daily outreach activities.

📋 Requirements

  • 1 year of sales or business development experience.
  • HubSpot CRM familiarity.
  • Ability to communicate with C-level executives confidently.
  • Must work 5 days per week in Atlanta, GA office.
  • High volume outreach (80-100+ activities daily).
